The annual event begins at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 6 with a series of Salsa dance lessons taught by Master instructor, Enio Cordoba from Los Angeles. Enio is among the most in demand Salsa teachers in the world. In addition to owning the most popular Salsa club in Los Angeles- The Granada, Enio is a judge at the World Salsa Championships in Orlando, and has choreographed for many of the top West Coast Salsa World Champions.

Enio has received three coveted Feather Awards (like the Academy Awards for dancers) - twice as the Hottest Mambo Dancer and once as the Top Teacher. In 1998 Enio taught at the prestigious World Dance Congress in Blackpool, the European Salsa Congress, the Dutch Professional Congress, the Belgian Dance Congress, and has taught in Spain, Austria, Italy, Germany, Latvia, Slovakia, Canada plus many times in London. In 1999 he taught at the German Congress in Frankfurt and returned to Blackpool for the World Social Dance Congress.
